Rinnai America Recognized as a Top Place to Work in the USA
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. (February 14, 2023) – Rinnai America Corporation, manufacturer of the number-one selling brand of tankless gas water heaters in North America, announced that it has earned the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award. This award was issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. The respected employer recognition program celebrates organizations across the country that have built exceptional workplace cultures. The Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing the top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards. After extensive surveys and in-depth analysis of their company policies, programs, and practices, Rinnai was identified as one of the top places to work in America.
“We are delighted to be recognized for our achievements and the impact from our team members at Rinnai,” said Frank Windsor, President, North America. “We have set the standard high for creating an extraordinary workplace and culture, providing our team with a high level of engagement.”
Top Workplaces USA award recipients are determined by the results of an undisclosed, research-based employee survey conducted by an autonomous organization. This award is celebrated nationally by acknowledging companies that make their company a better place to work by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice of their own. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage.
Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
