Be sure all your Rinnai LMS training is complete. You must have mastered Level 3 before our Regional Sales Manager can advance your status to obtain leads and program rewards from Rinnai.

Important: At a later point in the process, we will require the following documents to be placed on file:

  • Confirmed receipt of the Rinnai Service Agreement
  • Labor Rate Addendum and W-9
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Your future benefits include access to the Rinnai PRO Dashboard for all leads, registrations, documentation, and more—as well as your company listed on the Rinnai "Find a PRO" webtool. Finally, Advanced Comfort Experts (ACEs), will also be assigned their personalized lead phone number, priority response code for questions, and other rewards!
