Eligibility Requirements 
• Installed by a licensed professional 
• Installed per local codes and manufacturer instructions 
• Properly sized based on manufacturer guidelines 
• Normal residential use 
• Claim submitted within 90 days of installation 
• Documentation provided (proof of purchase, installation details, issue description) 

What We Cover 
• Replacement unit (same or comparable model) 
• Product shipping, if applicable 
• Agreed upon labor expense 

Exclusions 
This guarantee does not apply to: 
• Improper installation or commissioning 
• Incorrect sizing or application 
• Environmental or system issues (water quality, electrical, etc.) 
• Performance expectations outside normal product operation 
• Misuse, neglect, or external damage 
• Labor or incidental costs
• This offer excludes liability for delays or failure to perform resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or acts of God 
• Void where prohibited  

Claim Process 
• Claims must be submitted by the installing contractor prior to approval
• Manufacturer may require diagnostics or inspection or photo of the installation 
• Approval is at manufacturer’s discretion
