Role:

The Commercial Business Manager will work in conjunction with the entire commercial development team to establish and grow this segment of the business. This position has the primary responsibility for identifying, analyzing, packaging and selling, commercial systems solutions to engineers, builders and large national accounts. Leads the commercial sales in his/ her region and manages the interface with other parts of the company such as sales, finance and engineering during the sales process. This position is responsible for the day to day management of commercial technical sales as well as implementing the sales strategy in their assigned region.

The Marketing Manager – Commercial Segment develops and manages the go-to-market strategies and execution for the commercial business segment of Rinnai. They will work with the commercial team to understand who the decision makers and key influencers are in the various commercial channels and how to effectively communicate the value proposition offered by Rinnai’s commercial product line to these audiences.

This position exists to develop and manage Rinnai’s field service network throughout Canada and to provide technical support, as needed, in resolving escalated product issues.
