This position exists to develop and manage Rinnai’s field service network and to provide technical support, as needed, in resolving escalated product issues. Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function.  Liaise with all disciplines internally to effectively coordinate Sales Administration functions: Regional Sales Managers, Customers, Distribution, Service and the Sales department to ensure timely and efficient provisions of products and services.
