The Sales Operations Analyst is a self-starter who thrives and enjoys a detail oriented environment.  The Operations Analyst reports to the Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Corporate Finance and Accounting.  The Operations Analyst is tasked with various duties including, but not limited to, overall analysis of Distributor sales and pull-through, Sales Representative Agency activity, and ad-hoc analysis and tracking; all through running reports, mining and analyzing data, creating summaries, and researching areas of disconnect.  In addition, the analyst will be tasked with working with internal groups to automate current reporting packages as well as documenting and streamlining processes.  The analyst will be invited to make recommendations to management around reporting improvements and process enhancements. They will collaborate closely with internal operational teams for timely delivery of tasks and reports.

The Commercial Technical Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the entire commercial development team to establish and grow this segment of the business.   This position has the primary responsibility for identifying, analyzing, packaging and selling, commercial systems solutions to engineers, builders and large national accounts.  Leads the commercial sales in his/ her region and manages the interface with other parts of the company such as sales, finance and engineering during the sales process. This position is responsible for the day to day management of commercial technical sales as well as implementing the sales strategy in their assigned region.
