The Corporate Legal Assistant is a self-starter who thrives and enjoys a detail oriented environment. The successful candidate for this position will serve as a key member of the Rinnai America Corporation team, playing a critical role in support of the General Counsel, with a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks. The candidate must be well-organized, flexible, and able to work independently with little supervision. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, even if under pressure, is expected in this role. Expert level written and verbal communications skills, quick decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important. The Corporate Legal Assistant will assume support responsibility for all aspects of contract administration, and will oversee and prepare contracts & sales programs using approved templates and related documents for review, signature, and timely distribution. Upon execution of contract &/or program, the analyst is responsible for the processing of related transactions, contract/program activity tracking and performance reporting. Also responsible to perform analysis and compliance assurance when necessary. This position will also assist the General Counsel with routine aspects of legal and factual data compilation and analysis, drafting legal documents and conveying routine legal information.
Implementation of sales strategies and tactics to ensure achievement of sales targets and objectives within a pre-defined area of responsibility while managing sales channel functions and outputs to ensure desired outcome is achieved. Territory includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Eastern Tennessee.
The National Sales Manager for our Heating Product portfolio will work in conjunction with the Heating Business Director and Vice President of Sales to establish and execute the sales growth initiatives of the Heating business (condensing boilers, direct vent furnaces, vent free heaters ). This newly created position will strategically develop and drive national accounts to support the business growth through effective negotiations, national account contract management and development of customer relationships. Responsible for the development of sales promotional programs and merchandizing plans both regionally & nationally to progressively expand Rinnai’s Heating Products sales to increase market share. Support all Regions and assist them with achieving their sales budgets, maximizing profits, ROI and containing expenses within approved budgets.
The Sales Operations Analyst is a self-starter who thrives and enjoys a detail oriented environment. The Operations Analyst reports to the Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Corporate Finance and Accounting. The Operations Analyst is tasked with various duties including, but not limited to, overall analysis of Distributor sales and pull-through, Sales Representative Agency activity, and ad-hoc analysis and tracking; all through running reports, mining and analyzing data, creating summaries, and researching areas of disconnect. In addition, the analyst will be tasked with working with internal groups to automate current reporting packages as well as documenting and streamlining processes. The analyst will be invited to make recommendations to management around reporting improvements and process enhancements. They will collaborate closely with internal operational teams for timely delivery of tasks and reports.
This position exists to enable the development of an effective network of installers and service providers by:
- Providing product knowledge, installation and service training on all Rinnai products sold and installed in North America
- Supporting Dealers, Distributors, Sales and Service resources with technical knowledge and assistance.
This position will provide a dedicated boiler engineering resource to the Engineering team. Position will provide for a mix of talent and experiences to complement the engineering team in developing comprehensive products, applications, and solutions for the marketplace.
The Senior ERP Analyst will analyze business processes and modify and configure ERP software and related business functions. Responsibilities also include assessing needs and formulating solutions through the use of ERP and other applications, initiating and leading related projects, managing the EDI infrastructure, and providing support for all enterprise application.
The Commercial Technical Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the entire commercial development team to establish and grow this segment of the business. This position has the primary responsibility for identifying, analyzing, packaging and selling, commercial systems solutions to engineers, builders and large national accounts. Leads the commercial sales in his/ her region and manages the interface with other parts of the company such as sales, finance and engineering during the sales process. This position is responsible for the day to day management of commercial technical sales as well as implementing the sales strategy in their assigned region.
