This year’s HGTV Dream Home features Rinnai tankless and condensing tankless water heaters, condensing wall-mount boiler and Impression outdoor fireplaces.

The new ultra-efficient RC98HPi condensing unit supplies continuous hot water not only for the master bath and its adjacent laundry room, but also for the guest/kids’ bath with its nearby laundry alcove. An R75LSi unit, located in the recycling room, serves multiple fixtures in the kitchen and butler’s pantry, and a second R75LSi in the casita ensures guest comfort and convenience.

Paired with the RC98HPi in the laundry room, Rinnai’s new condensing wall-mounted gas boiler provides comfortable, efficient heating for the entire house, via hydronic radiant floor heating. And for added warmth and an inviting ambiance on chilly desert nights, two Rinnai Impression outdoor fireplaces help bring the outdoor living area to life.
