This position will provide an experienced Quality / Reliability Engineer to Rinnai America for the purpose of developing product reliability testing programs, assistance with new product or accessory evaluation tests, facilitation and maintenance of FMEA’s, defining Critical to Quality characteristics, defining quality and reliability expectations for processes, systems, components, field data mining for product improvement initiatives. The position would be responsible for assuring the implementation of a Quality Management System in the company, as well as for the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
This position will provide technical support in the service of troubleshooting, installation, repair and application of all Rinnai product with particular emphasis on Boiler system; Ensuring the identification, documentation and resolution of quality/performance issues; In the repair and/or failure analysis of product returned to Rinnai.
Responsible for the creation and execution of Rinnai’s Boiler program, strategies, and tactics to progressively expand Rinnai’s market share in the U.S. and Canada. Coordinate with the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Directors and Managers, and Manufacturer Representatives to ensure team is effectively maximizing every opportunity to achieve corporate objectives
