The Commercial Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Senior Commercial Sales Manager and the entire commercial team to establish and grow this segment of the business. This position has the primary responsibility for identifying, analyzing, packaging and selling, commercial water heating systems to engineers, builders and large national accounts. Leads the commercial sales in his/ her region and manages the interface with other parts of the company such as sales, finance, engineering and marketing during the sales process. This position is responsible for the day to day management of commercial sales as well as implementing the sales strategy in their assigned region.
Drive business strategies through market intelligence gathering, interpretation, and reporting including market trends and analytics. This person will provide consulting and interpretation of market and consumer/customer research data to the organization to drive business decisions, product development and marketing strategies throughout the US and Canada.
Responsible for the creation and execution of Rinnai’s Boiler program, strategies, and tactics to progressively expand Rinnai’s market share in the U.S. and Canada. Coordinate with the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Directors and Managers, and Manufacturer Representatives to ensure team is effectively maximizing every opportunity to achieve corporate objectives
